The building sector is continuing to recover after the economic crisis, a process in which product manufacturers have an important role. They are gradually are trying to recover and strengthen their businesses.

In the first quarter of 2016, building product manufacturers exported materials worth €7,179 million, that’s 1.56% more than in 2015 and 10.75% more than in 2014, with a turnover of €2,227 million.

According to data released by the Spanish Confederation of Building Product Manufacturer Associations (CEPCO), these figures, which were registered between January and April, represent 8.07% of all Spanish exports.

Companies that manufacture building materials are registering figures that show clear signs of a recovery, an upturn that will be present at CONSTRUTEC with the presentation of new materials and developments being made by numerous sector exhibitors.
